Once we fully understand your vision and design concept, we’ll ask you to complete our Design Concept & Professional Service Agreement. We'll dive into discussions about land, permits, and the estimating process to ensure everything is in place before we break ground. Based on your vision, we’ll assemble a dedicated team of architects, architectural designers, interior designers, engineers, and trade professionals to bring your dream home to life, perfectly tailored to your unique style. Our goal is to seamlessly align your design and investment, ensuring a smooth project that’s completed on time and within budget.
03 - Let’s Build It
Once your final design is complete, it’s time to start building your dream home. You’ll have access to our construction management software, which provides weekly updates every Friday, so you’re always in the loop about your build’s progress. We’re committed to keeping you informed about on-site activity and ensuring every detail is carefully managed. Our hands-on approach means we’re deeply involved in every step to ensure your project progresses smoothly and is completed to your satisfaction.
